A Roadmap for Health Equity
AstraZeneca first engaged with Elemental for its Global Sustainability Advisory in 2018 and then again in 2020 to seek help in creating a US Health Equity Strategy to address disparity gaps in its patient population.
Elemental supported the US Leadership Team to assemble an advisory council, develop of a bold ambition for driving operational change, and created a comprehensive Roadmap for Health Equity, a business transformation plan to reach more patients with life-saving medicines with an emphasis on underserved populations. Our support has since expanded to bring together multiple market-level strategies and to build the overarching global equity strategy with the Senior Executive Team.
